Since Bees United was formed in 2001, Brentford supporters have never ceased to amaze with their support and determination to succeed.

Bees United would like to place on record its thanks to two such volunteers:

Firstly, thanks Bryan Clark for his recent improvement to Stripes Bar. Bryan, who manages the popular Griffin Park Jazz Club monthly events, recently developed a dance floor area which occupies around 25% of the floor area in Stripes. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Bryan for his time and effort, it is much appreciated.

Julia Johnson has been one of the regular team of bucket collectors from the outset. Julia could always to be found outside the New Road turnstiles, before and after home games. Julia has had to hang up her bucket for the new season. Our thanks to Julia – enjoy the rest!

Bees United Chair Brian Burgess paid tribute to the pair: "Volunteers like Bryan and Julia are the lifeblood of the supporters' trust. They should be proud of their contribution to building a more stable future for the football club. I thank them both on behalf of everyone associated with the trust and the Club."
