In an effort to improve communication to its members, and Brentford fans in general, Bees United is asking supporters to give their suggestions for the next Bees United communications action plan.

The plan will run from June to November this year. Proposals already on the table are:

• Monthly Question and answer section where supporters and/or trust members can ask questions, and receive answers, all published on the BU website.
• More extensive summaries of BU board meetings published.
• Attendance records of BU board members
• Scanning and archive release of agendas plus previous board meeting minutes considered non-sensitive.
• Up-to-date profiles of BU board members.
• Quicker and timetabled upload of agendas and meeting summaries.
• More efficient ways of communicating with supporters that do not have internet access.

Mark Chapman, the Trust’s Director of Communications, said: “The Trust is always looking to improve ways of conveying information to its members and I would delighted to hear from them. Since taking on the post last November, the Trust’s activities have been more accessible but we need to move on to a higher level to give Brentford supporters the information they expect and deserve.”

All suggestions can be emailed to yoursay@beesunited.org.uk or by post to: Bees United, Griffin Park, Braemar Road, Brentford, Middlesex. TW8 ONT.
