Members should have received details of the forthcoming AGM (to be held on 17th November 2007) and annual election in the post over the past few days.
Due to an error by the printers, some members have received the documentation with the pages in the incorrect order. I have been asked to convey the printer's apologies to our members.
In order to assist our members we are making the documents available with the pages in the correct order via the links below (pdf format). Please download and print these if required. If you do not have access to a printer please call Bruce Powell on 0845 166 7222 and he can arrange to send a set of correctly ordered documents to you by post.
The envelope contained the following documents:
- a 2 page covering letter dated 19th September
- a 4 page document headed Bees United 2007 AGM containing details of the AGM agenda, explanatory notes and Proxy voting form
- a 2 page 2007 Elections document inviting nominations
- a 2 page member survey form for completion and return
