What is the financial situation at the Club now?
Although dependent on several factors (the performance of the team mainly) the Club is hoping to break even or make small a small profit from its operations this season. There is still expected to be an overall loss however, and this is mainly due to the interest payments on the overdraft.
What is the latest Bees United financial position?
Bees United is only retaining sufficient funds for its own operations, with regular payments over the season to keep the Club within its overdraft limit. The main benefit is that this reduces the Club's interest payments by a greater amount than Bees United can earn in interest.
How many members does the Trust have?
The membership is currently over 1400, but not all members have paid their subscriptions for this season. Obviously we are keen for everyone to rejoin, and to increase the membership, as the money Bees United is now earning is keeping the Club in business.
What is the latest on Lionel Road?
Progress on Lionel Road is slow, just as we expected it would be. It's a massive project which is likely to take as much as five years to complete. However, this doesn't mean nothing is happening; in fact we are extremely active. We have met funders and developers, and commercially there is a great deal of enthusiasm for the project. In addition to this, the feasibility study for the monorail is also being undertaken now.
What is the latest on Griffin Park redevelopment?
Again, there is a great deal of enthusiasm for our proposals, and we have been told there is a large amount of grant funding available to us. We are hoping to submit a planning application in October, after we have met with the residents again.

We have new beers in Stripes.
Stripes is free – there is no membership required!
Stripes will open midday for Saturday home games, and will remain open throughout the game and afterwards. There is a special gate for Brook Road and Braemar Road users who want to take advantage of the new Stripes opening hours.
Carlsberg, Guinness, and Tetley Bitter will be available at £1.50 per pint until 1.30pm for the first couple of Saturday afternoon games.
We will also have real ale and cider available, with prices the same as in the local pubs.
We will be installing air conditioning in Stripes soon.
We will be introducing our own stadium television channel soon.
Programmes have gone down to £2.00.
The Millennium Lounge is now the Sponsors' Lounge.
