The Bees United initiative to raise money from recyling printer cartridges has now generated £850.

The scheme is organised by Bees United member Jon Gosling with Peter Guntrip, whose company Data Direct recycle used cartridges collected by supporters and deposited in the three green bins at Griffin park.

The scheme covers all printer, fax and photocopier cartridges. Simply save your old cartridges – ideally in the box the replacement was supplied in, and bring them along to the collection points in Braemar road forecourt and outside the Brook Road turnstiles.

Many thanks to Peter Guntrip and his team, and to all supporters who bring in their used cartridges.
