BU has an opportunity from a friendly member who can no longer use his Premium Seats with Orchard Lounge access and is willing to pass on the licences on to another Brentford fan.

The Orchard Lounge just before K/O

You would love the view and the premium experience! I had the chance on the 24th August to watch the Palace match from these superb seats, please see some pictures below.

I did have the chance to watch the Palace match from these superb seats so the accuracy of the photos is guaranteed – if not the quality.

The casual atmosphere and seating.

So, this is not so much an article as a brief scrapbook to help anyone who might be interested, to be in contact with the owner of the two seats in The Orchard Lounge and discuss transferring these two premium seats licences.

The premium padded seats have a great view and are end of row with just a few steps back to the lounge facilities.

The Benham style view is, of course, amazing and 100% dry

The seats are just above the media area and have a view over the whole pitch.

The seats are just a few minutes from the Orchard Lounge situated around midway between the halfway line and the end of the stand.

Now to the details…..

We are a wonderfully diverse fans community and if BU can help connect fans, then we will be delighted.

If you are interested in this seat & lounge premium package then please email the owner, (details below). The owner has stated that it is very important to him that the seats go to a genuine Bees fan.

The seats were purchased for £4,800, (£2,400 each), in 2019 under a 50 year “Lifetime licence” and the licences are fully transferable,  The new licence holder would own the seats for the remaining 45 years, they can also be transferred on at a later date if desired. BFC will transfer the licences to the new owner subject to an administration fee of £150 each which will be paid for by the current owner, subject to the agreed purchase cost.

Interested parties should be aware that there is a monthly fee of £187.50 per month, per seat payable to BFC for the season ticket.

Offers are invited for the purchase of the two lifetime licences, don’t be shy! If you are interested make an offer as the owner is motivated to sell the seats to a Bees fan and remember, you would own them for the next 45 years or you can transfer the licences at any time.
